My mama

by alexei   Apr 5, 2006

Since i was a baby,
there was this lady,
who held me in her bosom,
and watched me blossom.

she corrects me with love.
she reminds me of the angels above,
she lives a life of drudgery,
so i wont be hungry.

when i am close enough to see her smile,
it gives me strength to go the extra mile,
when i am far away, her heart returns my calls,
and i wonder if without her i could stand at all.

when i am sick, with me she moans in her bed,
when she laughs,i do too because it resounds in my head.
to think that she would ever die, maims my happiness,
at such yimes,i am filled with sadness.

for me she could sail the seven seas,
for me she could be stung by a million bees,
for me she could cross any border
and brush aside all bothers,
oh!how i love you,my lovely mother.
