Today is no different to any other
nobody remembers, nobody sees
i watch them all laughing and talking
but does it really bother me?

sitting and singing to myself
wondering if someoone will join in
my best friend doesn't remember
the world is a haystack, i am a pin

a single tear falls down
do i dare wipe it away?
they all know very well
theres nothing special about today
