My dad is my best friend even though he's no longer here.
My dad has been gone for almost 2 long years.
He died so very young ,smoking he shouldn't have done.
I lost my dad to cancer, so many questions why ,will never be answered.
I don't know why it was his time,I just wish he wouldn't have died.
He got the chance to meet the man I'll spend the rest of my life with and 5 of his 6 grandchildren.
But I want him here to see them grow.
Gramps is what they call him and they miss him so.
I find it hard to go on each day.
With him I would rather be because he meant so much to me.
It's hard losing your best friend,sometimes I wish my world would just end.
I just want to say I love you Dad and I appreciate the time we had.
