Now here's the crappy thing about giving up, the problems aren't solved, instead they are just dumped on someone else's plate to deal with, along with the additional problems and heartache that will be associated with you leaving them behind, if this poem is about you. The circumstances aren't right or fair, but giving up just says that I am so selfish I decided to stop trying. I know how tempting it can be, because I have tried to take my own life in the past. The futility of giving up is something I had to learn painfully by experience, but I was lucky I was still alive to learn it. This isn't a lesson that can be learned by trial and error because most weren't as luck as me. Best of luck to you, a powerful, heartfelt poem

I like the feel of desperation that appears in this poem from the rhythm its good, but i think lines 9-14 could do with a bit of work xx

Very emotional piece. It reminds me of a friend of mine who was almost successful in giving up her life. Giving up is such a pity, as is feeling like there is no hope left for you. I know there are difficult times; everyone has been through hard times in their life, but giving up is the easy and incorrect way to get out of it. Running away from problems never solves them, it makes them bigger. If my time has come to leave this world, I would want to leave with a corageous feeling in my heart, knowing I made it far, and tried my best. Not being known as the one who quit. Just remember, there are many people who go through the same...but you yourself can be different and stronger than the rest. Take care xxx

This was very emotional.sad. it flowed really well and the structure was really good.giving up is never the anwser, it doesnt stop the problems. its just put on another person. dont ever give up.
