The scars that will never heal

by geraldine   Apr 12, 2006

As I walk down the lonely corridor,
where lockers line the walls,
I'll remember those days,
remembering my stumbles and my falls.

The other kids just don't understand
the pain I really feel
The pain that doesn't show on my face,
But scars inside of me, that will never heal.

Taunting, daunting faces,
I'll face everyday,
Just to hope, that this day,
Everything will be taken away.

The blade it's getting rusty,
The insults are getting tiring,
I don't see their point, their point of making my life hell,
Upon the plan I've made, I will dwell.

Show me how to tie the knot,
the knot that will solve it all,
solve everything that went wrong,
step onto the ladder, 1,2,3 fall.
