A moment too late

by Rosechild   Apr 12, 2006

* this is for a friend who never got to hear those words.....

One moment too late,
that seem to be our fate,
It all happen so fast,
Now your part of my past,
nothing was going OK,
I tried to call through the halls,
You weren't talking to me at all,
Frustrated at what had happen last night,
and there i was trying to make it all right,
'hey wait' I tired to yell at you as you went out the door,
But neither of us new what was in store,
I stood and watched as you got in a cars way,
But i watched and had nothing to say,
You didn't see,
Cause you turn to look at me,
you open your mouth
to say unspoken words,
yet those words will never be heard,
But you didn't get to finish because the car hit your side,
The car stooped too late and on that day you died,
Something that was unsaid,
On that unhappy day,
sorry was what what i wanted to say,
I was too late,
forever we are separated by fate....

* you must say something or you might lose the change to...
