Girl, I know we've been through a lot lately, ups and downs came in a row and the winds are changing all the time
Yet sometimes I still sit down and think about our time, though it's far away it ain't hidden in clouds
We used to do crazy stuff and our strength grew to its maximum together, nobody would tare us apart, because then we could heal each other
Do you remember the time when there was a party in your town, we became drunk and I ran away and cried
You found me on a side road you were mad and confused, because you were scared of losing me
We spoke and you told me you loved me and I told you the same, since then we have always been together
Still we grew older and boys caught our interest, but we tried to hold on, it was tough and sickness and fear parted us
But today I still feel I can say the same as I did that night, long ago I said I loved you, guess what I still do, and I will always do that
