Get on My Level

by sierra   Apr 18, 2006

Don't tell me that he say/she say stuff.
Stop lyin', cuz I can always call out your bluffs.
Don't play Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde with me in front of your boys.
Stop playin' with my emotions like they're toys.

I deserve a dime.
Not some nickel thats tryna waste my time.
I grew up and left childish things behind me.
I want someone who has done the same and is willing to love me freely.

I'm a woman embarking upon a journey to that familiar place called love.
That place that was created by the Man from up above.
Made so that soul mates can meet,
And be swept off their feet.

This queen deserves her king;
A man who will open up her heart and make her soul sing.
