Dove

by SingleWing   Apr 22, 2006

She wished she had looked back
Even wished she had switched track
But her heart always told her so
But still she had never felt so low

Thw low was so alive
It was what she wanted to thrive
Preserved too long in that shell
She felt it a true living hell

Suffocated in her mother's womb
To her it was more like a tomb
The everlasting love
Was impeding her to be free like a dove

Her coat may still not be pure
But yet for her it was the cure
Her sallow face was good
But still, she knew that she should

Be doing as her mother told her
But still there were things to stir
And her heart was not yet complete
The fast cold becoming a heat

The heat was beginning to burn
It was there, everyway she would turn
Then suddenly her guardian looked from below
Telling her she was that dove

This is from personal experience and a little imagination, that is what would have happened if I wasnt as grounded as I am and didn't have the friends I do ....
