The Sickened Soul

by Jessica   Apr 26, 2006

Here lay a poor girls heart sallowed by tears. Drowning in her own hate and sorrow. She stood there and watched those she loved vanish before her eyes, like dust in the wind.

One by one they left her and slowly she began to realize she might be the one leaving next. But still everyone else vanished before her either leaving her in tears, or with a unsettled hate.

After awhile she was left with one, afraid to lose that speck of dust she tried her best to care for it. but little did she realize it was slipping away from her. Soon the speck of dust was gone, but little did she realize that she was the one blowing away.

She left her heart with that speck of dust, knowing that death shall be her long awaited groom. For her soul was forever his, since the first speck of dust blew away.

I can relate to this, but the end has many meanings to it.
