The fall

Walking in a steady pace
Down the halls i go
I turn around and see you
I know you didn't notice me
And i know i would have to win a beauty pageant for you to know my name

I sighed and kept on walking
I see a fast blur pass
As i fall back
It all goes down like domino's
Who would i fall upon
If only i knew afraid to look up
When i did it was you
Our books scattered across the floor

But you didn't seem to know
I heard you ask if i was OK
But you used my name
A sudden shock i asked if you knew me
You said of coarse

Your the one i notice down these halls
Continuing the words flow from your mouth
I didn't think you knew me
Even though you sat in front of me
I said to my surprise
I watch you from when you sit and rise

The sparkle in his eyes
Brought it to my attention
I wasn't alone on feelings
I wasn't alone at all
I let out a sigh as you brought me to my feet
Together we picked up our books

We walked side to side
When you brought me to my class
You asked if i was busy
On this Friday night
I said sorry i am
But I'm busy with you
Pick my up at eight
And its a date

I fell for you awhile back
Now i know the love is true
Cause when i fell
You picked me up too...
