Our friendship is fading
Its not that hard to see,
Don't you understand
That its not how it used to be,
I'm sure you can see
That we growing apart,
I knew we wouldn't be friends forever
But you still made a place in my heart,
Still after all the years
All of the good times and bad,
I knew I could always count on you
To pick me up when I was sad,
And still to this day
I know that you care,
But its hard to talk to you about things
When the time we spend together is rare,
I might be selfish
Or act like I want attention,
But I just miss having you as a best friend
Especially when we have all this tension,
You might not feel the same way
But its sad seeing our friendship fade,
Its like 14 years as best friends
Just go right down the drain.
