I will not forget anything that's happened
I will remain here, I will remember
I can't let this just slip away, forgotten
I will not forget this, it'll be with me forever
This image I have of you, the person who's hurt me
I will remember how you just decided you'd pretend
This is something that I shall forever see
And this isn't a mistake you can mend
This is something you already knew
You promised you'd be my friend
But I could only see it as true
All I can do is let go and make this the end
I'll always remember how I trusted so easily
I'll know now that this was a mistake
But I'm not sure I should think of you...it's so measly
Some memories are more than I can take
So I'll just sit here and remember
The good and the bad
And maybe by tomorrow
I won't be as sad
