I Want To Belong

by MidNightBeauty   May 16, 2006

Sometimes i dont want to be different
Kids fight for individuality but i never had that choice
I would rather fit in.
I still try
Its an everyday thing that people didnt notice
I never told my friends because i was afraid
Afraid my friends were only fake
I never really knew for sure
I guess thats where im left
On the half way mark
Id like to tell a story
My story
Im not a loser/prep/goth/punk/nor am i normal
Im me fighting for something else
TO BELONG

This poems holds a lot of truth.
Remember that 'classes' of people, whether it be goth/emo or popular/slut...it's what you think of yourself and people who you trust that matters. I know that's easier said than done..
    Take care
