Picture Perfect Failure..

Ever since he hurt us.
I have been there.
But taking your pain out on me.
Mum, it just isn't fair.

I have tried to do everything.
But failed every time.
Perfect is all you want.
The only thing on your mind.

So to you I'm a picture perfect nothing.
A mistake from the start.
The one left out of photos.
The child in the dark.

I'm a sad example of a daughter.
And it will never change.
So tell me now mother.
Will you smile if i go insane?

Because walking away is getting easier.
But my grin does now fade.
