A lover's love

by Ebony   May 23, 2006

The love in my life
What can i say
As much as I want it
I wish it away
A parent's love
Always last
Unconditional
OK with the past
A sibling's love
Always in disguise
As mush as we fight
No doubt in our eyes
A friend's love
You can always depend
Always there
It sticks to the end
But this is not the love
I hate and despise
Neither of these are as bad
As the one I write about last
This love is like poison
That seeps into a heart
Making it happy at first
The causing pain and hurt
This love is so cheap
Imitating something real
Destroying the image of true love
As a hearts hope it steals
I am so thankful
To only have seen it from a far
A lover's love tearing apart
Someone's heart
