Mirrior Mirror

by Ebony   May 23, 2006

Mirror Mirror,
above my bathroom sink,
can you tell me,
why I am so weak?
Timid is my voice,
Never heard. I never speak.
My thoughts are useless,
contradicting what i do.
Viewing myself,
I paint myself strong.
Mirror Mirror,
above my bathroom sink,
can you tell me what's wrong with me?
I'm not completely stupid.
I want to make things right,
but oddly I am troubled,
when I go to sleep at night.
You know my faults.
Promise not to tell?
Silence is the horrible spell.
Mirror Mirror,
above my bathroom sink,
I wash off my mask,
tell me what you think.
Am i weak for hiding myself
and casting upon you a silence spell?
For my lovely mirror you never lie.
I know no matter how much,
I lie and hide.
We share a bond I hope will never be lost.
Mirror Mirror,
above my bathroom sink,
love you so much,
I think that makes me weak.
