Angel Wings

by ~5*seconds*ago~   May 29, 2006

Laying on her death bed
With flowers all around
Balloons touching the ceiling
Nothing making a sound

The nurse checks on her
Every once in awhile
She has no family but me
And she lost her unborn child

She is only twenty seven
And she was so full of life
But now shes half dead
And no longer a wife

Her husband left her
And doesnt keep in touch
He must not have cared
Or even loved her that much

Her pulse is now weakening
As a tear goes down my face
I whisper to God
Take her to that one special place

She is now gone
But to a better place
I know she is watching over me
From somewhere way beyond space

And in Gods choir
I hear her as she sings
And I can imagine her
With beautiful angel wings!
