Finding me

Theres this feeling inside me i cant explain
its neither up nor down but i keep feeling the same
its like a sunny day but it feels like rain

my thoughts in my head are all messed up and im trying to sort them out
by writing these poems to work out what the hell is up

every time i write i find out something new
something that hurt me
something i never knew

the things i shrugged off
i know were just pushed down
forgotten switched off without a single sound

writing these poems seems to be the key
they help me explore
the unknown me
