Always an argument

by Stephanie and Laura   Jun 1, 2006

We argue about were we come from
We argue about our faith
We argue about our history
And about who will win the race
We argue how it happened
We argue why it did
We argue whether its the truth
Or if its just a myth
We argue about the obvious
And about the plain
We always seem to argue
But the answers stay the same

This poem has a strange form but it is very nice. I think it would be better with synonyms of agree, rather than the repetition or the same word.

Wow that was really good! You could really write meaningful short poems and attract the reader so much. I love the simplicity of your work, so I will add you to my favorites and read more. Keep it up!
