Kingdom

by Insignia   Jun 7, 2006

Many kingdoms which have failed to reign,
What only thou could reign for now and ev'r,
Why doth they do not see, it won't remain.
To better live in disgrace than to die in pleasure.

The time has passed and never will return,
I was the king whom tried to reign what's thine,
To see thy eyes, but they do not want to burn,
I can't disdain. Hurt me to make you mine..

While winter lasts and flowers dress in ice,
Nor my kingdom build, live old man's measure,
All of my servants dead, no one survived,
Bow to what I can't attain - My treasure;

And lived so many years, they left their trace,
My love loves still, but never earns its grace.
