Father Spirit Son

Someone who got in a fight
Who had to hide through out the night
Someone you forgot about
Who isn't taking an easy route

Someone who dealt with the pain
And didn't wince at all the shame
Someone who knew wrong from right
Who always kept you in his sight

A man who took your place
Who filled in your empty space
A lover who you forgot to care
The pain he took, no life to spare

The person that gave you all his love
Who thought you as beautiful as a dove
A creator that always held your hand
Who gave you firm rock instead of sinking sand

Hold your hand out; he won't let go
He won't let you die in the freezing snow
He isn't any lie; he is the one
The Father, Spirit and Son
