Fall, Angel, Fall from Grace

by Carlee Ann   Jun 10, 2006

She stands tired, alone
Underneath the dark black sky
She laughs but it's empty
And she smiles but it's a lie

And no one can understand
How much she has to face
And no one could possibly know
How far she has fallen from grace

There is no turning point for her
She proves that life isn't fair
At last she is so desperate
She falls on her knees in prayer

The tears are falling fast now
And she can't find the light
She feels so tired and so weak
That she wants to give up the fight

If she doesn't get your strength soon
If she doesn't rise above
Lord, she might not make it
Please God, show her your love

She's alone in the dark
And the pain is in her eyes
One more tear falls down
Into her bucket full of lies.

Omg!!!! CAR!!! This poem..actually brought tears to my eyes. Wow. Really. I can so relate...really. You KNOW how lost I've been before, how many times I've felt like giving up...hmm...I really admire you and your faith, though I doubt I'll ever find something like that. -sigh-
