Two-Faced Angel

by Lucifers lair   Jun 13, 2006

So innocent,
Twofaced angel.
Good things you lent,
Living scoundrel.
You may seem like the sweetest child of us all,
But behind those blinded ones you're the deadliest.
One day those good deeds would certainly fall,
From all the ways of the fanciest,
Ways you try to get them to believe,
That you're the brightest, sweetest they've seen.
Doesn't anyone believes that looks can deceive,
This innocently bad one who calls others mean.
Everyone may all like her (even I like her!),
Even though she is the just two faced angel.
But in the end of all her wild ways of good/bad,
She will always be the twofaced angel we always had.

Great poem! These were my favorite lines:

"Ways you try to get them to believe,
That you're the brightest, sweetest they've seen."

I don't know but it reminds me of so many people in this life. Even though I read this poem before it was a pleasure reading it again! keep it up.
