Leave me Here

Leave me in this sacred place,
where noone will see my scarred face.

Leave me in this open tomb,
in a place where there's never room.

Leave me where there is no hope,
where all is lost, including hope.

An orphan to humanity,
a child, victim of poverty.

Leave me here, where love is not,
where everything is killed or fought.
