Mirrors

Chasing dream through time
stepping on the glass
crossing through eternity
the dream will soon pass
cut my feet on broken rhyme
watch blood hit ground
acid falls from black sky
as I look around
how bleak this has become
sullenly clearer
and when I see my enemy
I find I'm looking in a mirror
