His Own Mind, Her Own Pity

by Katlynn   Jun 15, 2006

The anger is coming out and behind
his own mind, her own pity.
she walks away from him.
locking herself in her room.
crying like there's no tomorrow.

he knocks and yells.
telling her to let him in.
but her own mind is not around.
she's on the floor crying out.

he began to shout.
one last time.
but she doesn't answer.
so he walks away and never returns

next day at school begins.
he tries to find her.
to tell her that he's very sorry.
but he doesn't see her.

so he wonders more and more.
what if he slammed the door?
what if he actually got in??
his questions don't answer.

she's not around school.
he walks by her house.
cops are all around.
her body comes out.
the sheet is as bloody as his heart.

the investigator asks questions.
why would she do this??
he walked up to the man.
"she loves me and I let her go"
