It hurts just to say
I lost my best friend yesterday
If this words could speak
A tear would drip down my cheek

With you I felt complete
Now I must be discrete
And look the other way
While my memories replay

My thoughts are being unkind
They're persistent to look behind
And constantly revue
Why we are through

I am truly upset
That are friendship will not be reset
But I guess it's for the best
Even if it hurts none the less

All my grief and sorrow
Will forever be there tomorrow
And please, do not fell offend
For you are my godsends

But although I daresay
After all this delay
You will forever be my best
Because I was truly blessed
