Goodbye, one last time

by pirateRAWRR   Jun 22, 2006

She's looking in the mirror,
knowing she's played the fool once again
its to hot to sleep
and she's afraid the night will never end
she's staring in the mirror,
replaying her past
she's such a fool to once again think it could last
a tear rolls down her cheek
as she looks away from the clear glass
her days are so blue
she wants them to end so fast
she's moving away from the mirror
further from the sharp glass
yet she cant resist it
when she's out of a future, left with only a past
the glass is no longer clear
her days she no longer fears
the single thing left of her;
a beautiful crimson tear
singularly placed upon her now smiling face
she's played the fool for to long
now its time for someone else to take her place.
