I Never Knew

by Jamin Huchingson   Jun 23, 2006

I never knew; I always knew
Never needed a cue from you
That I was falling through
That I'd never make it back to you

You went wrong and I went right
Waited till you were out of sight
So I could believe you didn't want me
And continue towards my venue

I never knew; I always knew
That I'd make it through
Persist with the risk
Of losing, losing you

I anticipated that if I waited
For so long it was debated
The circumstances related
The fact that you sabotage
Even your own dialogue

I never knew but always knew
It was a matter of time till I lost you
Acted naive to the lies you say are true
I never knew; I always knew
That I was falling through
And that I'd never make it back to you

I like the flow. Kind of like a song.
