The Sinner

by Connor   Jun 25, 2006

The sinner is a man who is going to hell
He threw a small cat down the well

He sleeps all day and stalks at night
He taps on children's windows and gives them a fright

He sits next to their bed in a chair
Lingers there quietly and strokes there hair

He draws his breath with a deep raspy moan
Then he gets up with a satanic groan

He disappears slowly into thin air
The child wakes but there's nobody there

They start to cry, there mum rushes in
For this old man it's just another sad sin
