An Analogy to Love

by Jamin Huchingson   Jun 27, 2006

I feel free, like a bird that can soar
Weight less, like rain when it starts to pour
So impatient, like a kid in a candy store

It was transparent
From the first moment we met
Something about how we connect

Free falling like snow
Or how the wind blows
Touching every leaf as it flows
This is how I know

Unconfined as the waves in the sea
Fate has a rendezvous
And that place is you and me

Just as life imitates art
My soul's found its counter part
One of the same

I feel as free as a bird that can soar
Weight less, like rain when it begins to pour
So impatient, like a kid in a candy store
