You glance at me
& I stare at you,
But remain unseen
As shadows do.

But you light my world,
As though the sun
& Mark my path
Until it\'s done.

Be my rain,
Until it\'s dry
& Be my light
Until I lie.

Dream of me,
As I of you
& Swear thine love
As though it\'s true.

Never leave,
Body or soul.
Remain my heart
& Make me whole.

I feel your touch
Against my skin...
But only dreaming
On a whim.

You are my love,
But I\'ve no chance..
Remembering that
It was just a glace.
