Remember the little girl
Who used to run away whenever things got tough
Remember the little girl
However hard she tried, it was never good enough

Remember the little girl
When you look into my eyes
When you hear me speak
Remember her desperate cries

She still lives in me
Behind a fog of pain and invisible tears
Forever within me
Whenever you look at me, it's her you'll see

Remember the little girl
Who used to hide away in shame
Look me in the eyes
She'll make you feel her pain

    Since you commented on my poem, I thought I would check some of yours out!! I like them, especially this one. It's funny because when I started to write 'Don't Cry Little Girl' it was going to be about the little girl inside of me, but then it just went a whole different route. You definatley have talent!!
