Goodbye

As you said goodbye,
You wiped one last tear from my eye.
You said "I love you, and always will".
This phrase gave me the chills.
If you love me, then why are you running away?
If you love me, then why can't you stay?
I guess in the end.
Everything must bend.

    Again, rhyming was forced in places, but i thought it was very good for a short poem, it had some really good points within the poem, keep it up

    I guess you like short poems too lol. This one was really good too! The flow was good. The rhyimg felt a little forced in some places, but you couldn't really notice very much. Great job on this one too!

    Heather - this was a really good poem! Your rhyming and rhythm flowed so smoothly which allowed easy reading for the reader. I really liked it, probably one of the best short poems I`ve read on this site. It had a good theme too.
