Pain

by Flying Phoenix   Jul 4, 2006

The pain like waves, washes over
Those ripples across the calm sweet water
No disturbance until
A pebble drops
Hitting the surface with destruction
The agony
The hurt
As it follows through
All from a small pebble
A pebble from you

I writhe here in agony
I cannot speak
The gripping forces
Pound me weak
Continuos attack
From this centre within
I cannot escape
As it again does begin

Help me please
I beg and plead
You're own true will
Can surely lead
Away from me here
A heap on the ground
As you laugh over there
That biting sound
It cuts me deep
And the pain does not die
Until the darkness comes
And still I lie
