Perfect's Not A Word

by Some Random Human   Jul 5, 2006

*This is a "song"...*

I turned on the television, it was a model show,
I said, "Who are these people, 'cause I don't know",
they say they have perfect bodies, and perfect minds,
they turn around and say, "Check out our perfect behinds",
they claim to be perfect, but that's absurd,
because perfect is, perfect is not a word,
pretending to be perfect, they walk down the runway,
but it's just the lying game, that they want to play,
can't you see that no one's perfect, no that has not occurred,
they say that they are perfect, but perfects not a word,

Perfects not a, perfects not a word,
to claim to be perfect, well, that's absurd,
because perfect is, perfect is not a word,
for everyone to admit their faults, that would be preferred,

You pretend you have no faults, you pretend you are the best,
you pretend you have exalts, you pretend you're a diamond crest,
you think that you are perfect, though perfects not a word,
you think that you are perfect, just because you are chauffeured,
you flaunt your money, you flaunt your cars,
you flaunt your houses, but hide your battle scars,
you imagine that you're better, you denounce your humbleness,
you hide all of your sins, too afraid to confess,
please know that you're not better, not perfect in any way,
please know that you're just like me, a sinner every day,

Perfects not a, perfects not a word,
to claim to be perfect, well, that's absurd,
because perfect is, perfect is not a word,
for everyone to admit their faults, that would be preferred,

No, you're not perfect, that's just absurd,
how could you be perfect, when it's not a word?
