Intimate Calm

by ADyingProphet   Jul 7, 2006

There-
With the soft rays of the lamp resting on the pallid walls.
The early morning\'s dew gently blankets the earthern floor.
Lying on a couch curled like a kitten with my head sunken into the billowing cushions.
The television envlopes me with its witty charm.
With the gentle vibriant hum of the fan circling overhead, my thoughts sigh.
With no nosie of my brother\'s bickering,
a peacefull trace of solitude envolpes me.
Looking out a window while watching a lone falling star,
my eyes let my imaginations run wild.
A weird occurence happened; i was sitting in my own siloiquy.
I get up and walk to the glass door,
I watch the opalscent sunset fade away over the mountains to bid me goodbye.
The throng of the surronding forrest,
caress me as if I were a tired traveler by giving the blessing of shades.
I turn around and lie bakc on the couch.
I let the dark nurish me as i fall asleep.
I do not fret for every night is just as bright as day when I see the angelic smile of my mother in my dreams.
