I'm so sorry that this has come
The time I went away
I didn't see this coming
Now it's my turn to pay

If I had of known
That I was leaving you
I would have said a lot more
And finish what I had to do

I swear it was an accident
The reason why i am on this bed
I should have been more aware

The man did the right thing
He swerved away from me
But hit another car
Which turned and pinned me to a tree

My body is numb
This pain I can not feel

My body still might heal
