That is so sad! To lose a mother is a horrible time in your life. I am so sorry for your loss.
It will seem like a badly worded cliché, but I have felt the pain of losing someone who you love, and it is tremendous, crushing. All I can say is don't hold it in, whatever you do. This kind of pain is too great to hide inside yourself. You have to share it with others, let yourself lean on them for a while.
You may not be a believer of anything in particular, but rest in the confidence that your mother has gone somwhere good. She was loved, I can tell. Somewhere, she was loved a lot, and I think that she has gone to a better place.

    Peace.

Brandy this is very sad. It brought tears to my eyes. I hope this isn't true. I don't have my Dad around but I couldn't even IMAGINE not having my mom around. That is very very sad. ='(

This poem is very good though. The flow was excellent and the style you have it in is great. Keep it up.

Wow. I hope this really isn't true. If any of this was based of true events I'm so sorry. Really, and if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here. =)

I thought the poem though was really well done. You could feel the emotions this girl was feeling, how shocked she was. A very good write indeed. Keep it up hun. 5/5

I lost my mom too, I don`t know for sure if you did but I think you did ,
Because the one thing that stays forever in my mind is the phone call
telling me she had died. Its a horrible
feeling! My heart goes out to you.
So good that you can express it.
It helps to remember the good times.
    Great poem.

This poem has some strong emotion behind it but the reader doesn't feel the pain, disbelief, and sorrow. I say the true statement that everyone says "show, don't tell". The flow is awkward in places, for example: "With tears now running down my cheek,
I keep thinking this is absurd." Also, i would suggest expanding the vocabulary and using a variety of words. With some work, this poem could turn out amazing! Good luck!
