well as you know i'm no longer with you on this earth but i will always be with you in spirit
i may no longer walk with you but i will in spirit
i may no longer talk with you but i will guide you from heaven above in your dreams
i will guide you through life as a parent would a child
and when the time draws near for you to be with me i will welcome you with an open mind, open heart, and open arms
and together we will reunite as friends we once were and will always be
i will wait on the other side of the golden gate until we see eye to eye and link hands and walk among the clouds together like i knew we would someday
i will always remember when we were kids
not having a care in the world
now i sit on a cloud in heaven wondering what you're thinking
i tried to live everyday the best i could
i hope you're doing the same
sit under the stars at least once
look up at the sky and pray
then make a wish
i will do my best to answer your prayers and i'll do my best to make your wish come true
