Slipping away

by His Firecracker   Jul 18, 2006

She stares out the window with thoughts of suicide
wondering what would happen if she ever tried
this hell she calls her life, is full of too much pain
the people she cries out to label her insane
her nights are filled with nightmares, reminding her of the past
and everyday she wishes for that day to be her last
with memories and regrets taking over her life
she finds temporary relief through the blade of her knife
on the outside, things look better and everything seems fine
but something they dont realize is she's running out of time
how will she face tomorrow when she cant get through today
and now with every breath she takes she feels herself slipping away
