Untitled?

I wrote this in like 2 minutes.. when i was really sad. criticism would be appreciated. :) p.s. this poem isn't just about a boyfriend type situation. my fathers death. and other events in my life I'd rather keep private.

heartbreak after heartbreak
shes finally realizing that shes not alive
shes been dead for so long..
A forgotten soul
who keeps believing she can make something of herself
but shes wrong, shes nobody..
a nobody who keeps pretending
day in and day out..
what fools her is her ability to love
she chokes up knowing shes going back..
back to the dark of worthlessness
she lets all the tears flow
for no one notices or cares enough
to heal her, put life into this child's body
