Today we are

by Tim   Jul 21, 2006

Who are we to control men's life and death.
Why's it us who decides their final breath.
We are all but men, though we act like gods.
To control life and death against the odds.

We're in an age where death isn't the end.
Where medicine can be our only friend.
Many lives are saved but much more are lost.
The end, our death is the ultimate cost.

We do not care about saving the world.
All truth is made up and lies are all twirled.
With all of us looking out for ourselves.
With much more feeling sorry for themselves.

With all the hunger and the all famines
We're all more concerned about our fashions.
