Twisted Beast

by loretta Taylor   Jul 22, 2006

There is an insidious beast
He maims but does not kill
He preys on little children
Takes them against their will

His deeds are done covertly
Parents do not suspect
He spins a web of lies
Blends in , he, we do not detect

He is a pillar of the community.
A man above reproach
He's a priest, a doctor, a coach.
Only the twisted beast knows.

So parents guard your children
Guard their innocence at all cost
Because if he gets to them
It will be forever lost

Creepy in that it's so true. You never know who is a child predator, it could be anyone.
Outstanding poem with a message that all parent's should heed.
Take care and keep it up~Holly
