The Sky Is Bleeding

Another tear
another fear
blood flow
cuts grow
living tomorrow
in sorrow.

I will take it all away
leave once and for all today
these hands inflict pain
but I can only feel insane.

The hurt inside
I could no longer hide
took the poison and fell to the floor
I shall be lifted, nevermore
I showed my strife
I took the knife
I'd paint the sky blood red
cry no more and leave it dead.

Calling
but falling
for a heart to give
no more point to live
from the inside out it bleeds
disdain on prayer knees.
