My life is nothing,
Forever haunted with misery.
Never to be unshackled,
Never to be free.
Forever bound to solitude,
For I am cursed.
Let the darkness take over,
Let the black quench my thirst.

    Excellent choice of words. Everything clicked. It was like a short, dark, deep tale, with a haunting end..
    It was, well, quite elusive and captivating, I think, that the end ended in thirst, in the want to be quenched..
    Nice.
