Melted Away

by Schea   Jul 25, 2006

A tiny drop of water
Plop! Splashes into the gentle waves
Like a person who gives up peace
And joins the calming crowd.

Now, back into rewind
You're surrounded by the magic
The joys of love and passion
Shining in a deep radiance.

But why would you give that up?

Well, every rose has its thorn
And with blissfulness, sorrow is born.
Great beauty must have flaws
You soon shall learn of all.

Tranquility lies inside the crowd
Serenity is gained
Peaceful, relaxing moment of joy
While you still lie at ease.

But you still keep the memories
Surrounded by ruffled imprints
How it felt
Before that tiny droplet dissolved.
