I wonder what life would be like if you had just breathed that day,
How would life be different if God hadnt taken you away.
Would you be an honor student or play on the soccer team, Be a protective brother or not care and be mean. I wonder how life would be if you had come through for mom and dad, I know I cant turn back time but just think if you had. Would you have the same deep eyes and the dark curly hair, How close would we be, would you always be there.
I wonder what life would be like if that delivery room hadnt been filled with silence, A great young man momma raised or a boy full of defiance. Where would you go after college, would you have a great life,
Was all this a test to give me a great compassion for pain and strife. I wonder how life would be if she had brought you home instead've to your grave, How would our childhood be different and the memories that could've been made. Would you be the greatest brother full of love and care, I wonder what it would've been like if life hadn't been unfair.
