Only Three Mummy

I was only three mummy
and not old enough to know
what I had done wrong to you,
all I did was try to please.

I obviously wasntcute enough
or didnt sleep enough at night
but I was only three mummy
and you gave me quite a fright.

You made daddy do it too
but he hit me quite a lot harder
I didnt know what to do
I was helpless and all alone.

If I could have made it up to you

I would have done absolutely anything
to have made my mummy proud.

I remember that night quite clearly
the night I was hit quite hard
that night I dread to remember
but I dont know what I had done to deserve it.

as I lay crying in my bed
